Join our group Hypnobirthing Australia™ classes, presented online in the comfort of your own home. This course includes 12 hours of tuition & online resources along with your own Mumma Pack and bonus free resources!

The program runs over 4 consecutive Wednesdays from your chosen start date, with each session covering a new unit:
Week 1: Unit 1- Creating & maintaining a positive mindset
Week 2: Unit 2- Your toolkit for birth
Week 3: Unit 3- Preparation and choices for empowered birthing
Week 4: Unit 4- All about birth and bringing it all together
All sessions are held online via Google Meet from 4–7 PM (AEST).
Bonus: Receive a resource folio to support your learning (allow 1–2 weeks for delivery within Australia; international delivery may take longer).
It is strongly recommended that the mother and birth partner attend the full 12 hour 'Positive Birth Program™' whenever possible.
