Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mumma.Co. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy under the following conditions:

Conditions for Returns:

  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition of Products: Products must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on Mumma Belly Masks for hygiene reasons.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at hello@mummaco.com.au to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.
  3. Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Refusal of Refund: If goods are returned outside the 14-day timeframe, in a used or damaged state, or not in the original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and send the goods back to you at your cost.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of ebooks, online courses, and other digital products are final and non-refundable.
  • Mumma Belly Masks: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for our Mumma Belly Masks.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@mummaco.com.au.
