Q. Should I check with my GP before using my Mumma Ball?


A. Absolutely! Before doing anything new (especially during pregnancy) you should always check with your GP to make sure a birth ball is suitable for you.


Q. At what stage of pregnancy should I use my Mumma Ball?

A. You can use your ball at any stage of pregnancy to help strengthen your core for birth and ease pregnancy discomfort. However, we recommend using it daily from 20 weeks onwards.


Q. How do I use my Mumma Ball?

A. We actually have a video coming out shortly with one of our amazing midwives Steph from Positive Birth Initiative showing you exactly how to use your Mumma Ball during pregnancy. So watch this space and sign up to our mailer list to make sure you are the first to know when that video drops.


Q. What are the benefits of using a Mumma Ball?

A. There are so many amazing benefits to using a Mumma Ball for pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
 - Help get your baby into the optimal position for birth
 - Help to distribute your weight more evenly, which helps relieve spinal pressure and easing any back pain during pregnancy
- Help baby turn into a good birthing position
 - Can be used for postpartum exercises
- Sitting on your Mumma Ball post birth can be comfortable, especially if your perineum is sore.


Q. What size is the Mumma Ball and is it anti-burst?

A. Yes, our Mumma Ball is made out of a high-quality, anti-burst rubber and is 65cm. 

Q. How do I know this ball is the right size for me?

A. If you are up to 1.73cm in height then this ball is perfect for you!

Q. What is your shipping like?
A. Mumma.Co is an Australian based business and our mission is to get your products into your hands as quickly as possible. 

Once your order is received we will send it out via Australia Post within 1-2 business days.

However, orders such as our Mumma Candles can take up to 7 business days as these are hand poured and made with love at our head office. 

Standard Shipping within Australia 

Once dispatched, you will then receive an email with a tracking number. Your product should then take 2-8 business days to arrive. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package will be left at your designated destination.

Unfortunately, we do not accept responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged when being sent out or returned to us. However, we will do our best to work with Australia Post to help you get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Standard International Shipping  

Once dispatched, you will then receive an email with a tracking number. Your product should take 6 to 27 business days to arrive. Customers are also responsible for any duties and taxes.  

Unfortunately, we do not accept responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged when being sent out or returned to us. However, we will do our best to work with Australia Post to help you get this resolved as quickly as possible.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package will be left at your destinations property in a safe place.
             
Q. What's your returns policy?

A. Returns and Refunds 

We have a 14 day return policy provided the products are returned in ‘as new’ and in its original packaging. If goods are returned outside this timeframe or returned in a used or damaged state, or not in the original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and send the goods back to you at your cost. All returned shipping costs are at cost to the customer.
