MummaCo ABN is committed to compliance with privacy laws which apply to its businesses and which set out standards for the management of personal information. This policy outlines our personal information management practices in relation to:

Collection of personal information

This information may also be used to assist in the provision of services to clients and also to assist in investigating enquiries and complaints that may arise as a result of the provision or non-provision of services.

Please note, however, that third party websites are not covered by this policy, and these sites are not subject to MummaCo's privacy standards and procedures.

Stripe

Stripe, Inc (together with its affiliates, subsidiaries and divisions, collectively) have been engaged by Mumma Co to facilitate the payment process for Services Purchased and Sold via Mumma Co’s Website and App.  By using the Mumma Co Website and App you agree to the provision of your personal information to Stripe and allow your personal information to be shared with those who are in countries other than your own location to facilitate the payment process.  Stripe’s Privacy Policy should be reviewed by all parties who utilise the Mumma Co Website and App at the following website:  https://stripe.com/au/privacy

If you do not agree with the terms of the Stripe Privacy Policy you should cease using the Mumma Co Website and App immediately.

We will investigate the matter and attempt to resolve it in a timely way. We will inform you in writing about the outcome of the investigation. If we are not able to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction and no other complaint resolution procedures are agreed or required by law, your complaint may be referred to the Privacy Commissioner for further investigation and we will provide you with the Commissioner's contact details.
